Foal to Forever ("FTF") is a membership program operated by Horse Husband Stables LLC ("HHS," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information related to your membership and use of the Foal to Forever website.

Name and email address (for Members Area access and updates)
Login credentials and account information for Members Area access

Provide access to your class’s Members Area

Enable live foaling camera access during foaling season

TERMS OF USE

Introduction
These Terms govern your participation in Foal to Forever, a membership program operated by Horse Husband Stables LLC ("HHS"). By purchasing a membership or using the Foal to Forever website, you agree to these Terms.
Membership
Membership is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to your class’s private Members Area, updates, and associated benefits.
Membership does not grant any ownership, equity, or financial interest in any horses, facilities, or assets associated with HHS.
All benefits described (including Members Area access, updates, event invitations, or member input opportunities) are provided at HHS’s discretion and may change, evolve, or be discontinued.
HHS retains full authority over all horse-related decisions. Any member input on naming, breeding decisions, or milestones is advisory only and does not create any binding obligation.
Members Area & Content
Members receive lifetime access to their class’s private Members Area, which may include exclusive photos, videos, updates, and live foaling camera access during foaling season.
Members Area login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with non-members is prohibited.
HHS will make reasonable efforts to provide regular content updates but does not guarantee specific update frequency, content type, or posting schedule.
Content in the Members Area is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of photos, videos, or other content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
HHS reserves the right to change the platform or format of the Members Area. Members will be notified of significant changes, and lifetime access will be maintained on the new platform.
Members may receive a digital certificate as a keepsake, available for download in the Members Area.
Events & Experiences
Some membership benefits may include invitations to events or experiences.
Access may be limited due to capacity, scheduling, safety considerations, or eligibility criteria.
HHS is not liable for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling of events.
Live Foaling Cameras
All members may have access to live foaling cameras during foaling season, regardless of class.
Camera access is provided for viewing only. Recording, streaming, or redistributing camera feeds is strictly prohibited.
HHS is not liable for technical failures, downtime, or interruptions in camera service.
Lifetime Free Lease Priority
Class members receive first priority to apply for lifetime free leases when horses from their class retire from racing or breeding.
Priority placement does not guarantee approval. All lease applications are subject to HHS’s evaluation and approval process.
HHS retains full discretion over lease placements and may deny applications that do not meet horse welfare, facility, or care standards.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully with HHS, staff, other members, and the Members Area community. Harassment, abuse, unauthorized sharing of Members Area content, or misuse of membership benefits may result in removal from the program without refund.
Limitation of Liability
HHS is not liable for technical failures, disruptions, or interruptions in service.
Content provided through Foal to Forever is for informational and educational purposes only.
Members participate at their own risk. HHS makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or continuity of content or services.
Refund Policy
Membership purchases are non-refundable.
Once purchased, lifetime Members Area access remains active regardless of changes to program benefits, horse careers, or individual horse outcomes, including injury, retirement, or death.
Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHS, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of Foal to Forever, its content, or its services.
Termination
HHS may revoke membership access if a member violates these Terms, including misuse of content, credentials, or brand materials.
Third-Party Links
Foal to Forever may contain links to third-party websites. HHS is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Amendments
HHS may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Foal to Forever after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
